Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data: your email address and a hashed password (or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google).

Trial data you enter: your dog's profile, meals, treats, symptoms, notes, and photos you choose to save to the log.

Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe, our payment provider. We never see or store your card number — we only receive confirmation that a purchase happened.

Basic technical data: IP-based rate-limiting counters that protect the AI endpoints from abuse. We don't run advertising trackers.

How the AI uses your data

When you use an AI feature, the text and photo you submit are sent securely to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate the answer. We request providers that do not train on your inputs.

Flare-up photos are analysed and discarded — they're only kept if you save them to your trial log.

Where your data lives

Your account and trial data are stored with Supabase (our database provider) with access controls so only your account can read your records. Transactional emails (confirmations, password resets) are sent through our email provider.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never use your dog's health data for advertising. We never train AI models on your inputs. Buying the Pass never subscribes you to anything else.

Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you logged in (authentication session). No third-party advertising cookies.

Export & deletion

Your trial data is yours: you can export your log from the app, and your vet report is built to be taken elsewhere.

To delete your account and all its data, email [email protected] from your account email — we'll confirm and delete within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update this page and its effective date.
